Live Video will be big
Just as we had a massive growth on TV to from scripted shows to real live reality shows, the taste of the public to see what’s happening right now in real time is just as big on social media and growing by the day. AI will be bigger than ever
Artificial Intelligence, as mentioned many times in our previous articles, has been probably the most massive and revolutionary vehicle of change in Digital and Social Media Marketing in recent times. It’s manifestations, like ‘chatbots and ‘social media Ad optimization’ to name just a couple, will enhance customer interaction, especially in the form of online customer service across all major platforms, more than ever in 2019.
It is predicted in fact that by 2020 more than 85% of all customer service interactions will be powered by AI bots and those building brands online should note that although Google Amazon and Facebook were the quickest to adopt this technology, WhatsApp is now a hot contender as a business platform and many will be looking to place their marketing there next year.
