More such changes are the new sections they added to pages. In the past most of the business pages were mostly the same but the new added sections allows a business to get a little more individualized, for example, a services business such as a plumbing company can highlight the core of their business by adding al list of their services/offers or with a retail business it can be used to list all their products. The best part of this new addition services button is it is at the top of the page making it very hard to miss.
With this in mind, Facebook has started to make things much easier to navigate using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Each page section now has a corresponding tab making clicking less and there is hardly any loss of scroll, that makes potential customers more likely to reach out or get to know more about a service or product. The messenger service is also easier to use with inserted questions that help you get the right information. All in all with so many mobile users it is a must have for a business to use a platform such as Facebook to easier engage with the customers of their choice
